New-me novices, fully fledged flexitarians & verified vegans: our pancakes are here to kick start your new year with fresh, honest and locally sourced produce.
We’re passing over the fad-ish ‘Veganuary’ that rolls around like clockwork on 1st January. All year round we pride ourselves on our wide array of vegan, gluten-friendly and veggie dishes, each harnessing the power of our alternative 3-1 batter. Among our notable vegan favourites is ‘The Australian‘, a super nutritious dish with generous lashings of smashed avocado, rocket, preserved lemon and oat crème fraîche – all stacked on a killer polenta corn fritter (pictured above). If the Australian is a bit too green for you & you’re still looking to beat the blues, do try our very colourful ‘Buddha brunch’, a rainbow of flavours and colours with kale & chickpea tabbouleh, pickles, smashed avocado, chilli-roasted squash & cherry tomatoes, smoky tahini.
Batter matters: our 3-in-1 batter is dairy-free, vegan & without gluten and made with our own flour blend of organic and regenerative rice and buckwheat flour, soy milk & chickpea water. It’s equally as delicious as our buttermilk batter to make sure that vegans don’t have to miss out on the pancake love.
In the spirit of January and keeping it healthy, dry and ever so green, we’re offering a new £15 lunch deal, weekdays from 12-2pm: Grab any savoury dish (except the breakfasts and royals) and a green, amber or orange juice for just £15.
