At Where the Pancakes Are, we hope that you’re delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all long-life ambient goods returned to us within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
We will notify you on receipt of your returned parcel. Please allow 30 working days for your refund, exchange or replacement to be processed. You should receive returned funds within 30 days of receiving your returned goods.
Fresh and chilled items cannot be returned. If you encounter any issues with your fresh delivery, please notify us on the day of receiving it by emailing preferably with a photo of the product that it concerns.
We are happy for customers to cancel their order for a full refund, unless stated otherwise in the item description, so long as the items have not been dispatched. Please email the team on firstname.lastname@example.org If your item has been dispatched, we ask for it to be returned in its original packaging and will offer you a refund as outlined above.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
