I came here for some lunch today, I was greeted very warmly by the staff who then escorted me to my seat. The server I had was very polite & she had great customer service skills. As myself who works in customer service I think the server I had did a fantastic job. I got my food not too long after I ordered, & it was delicious. I will defiantly be coming back here again & recommend this place to my friends. Great work 👍

Angela was absolutely incredible! She was so personable and it felt like talking to an old friend. We bonded over sleep token and she even gave us some sleep token swag with pancake mix after my American wife told her how much the pancakes remind her of home. We wish every restaurant experience could be like the one we had here today. We already can’t wait to come back to see Angela!

Good pancakes, variety of dishes available. Breakfast pancakes were nice and savoury and the halloumi and banana pancakes were nice and sweet.

Food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was sweet (even the savoury items). But that’s what we came here for so we couldn’t be happier

We went here for breakfast during our stay in London. The food was amazing and there was a lot we wanted to try out on the menu. So we kept coming back for the rest of our stay.
Every time the food was amazing. The Pancakes are great and so were all the other parts of our meals. Everything was fresh and well made. The British Breakfast is a treat with home made Baked Beans and the very tasty sausage (I’m german, you can trust me on sausage). The staff was absolutely lovely every time. Even when the system had swallowed our order they were super nice and professional about it making sure our food was prepared asap. Would always come again.

What an absolute wonderful experience. We've been on a seven day vacation here in London and five of these days we went to the pancakes for breakfast!
The food was absolutely superb.
The staff the friendliest I've ever met, such amazing people. Always kind, very fun and always happy, with a smile on their face.

I recommend sitting at the upstairs part of the inside. It is so much fun!

Absolutely loved the Buddha Brunch at Where The Pancakes Are — a solid 5/5 experience. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive without being overbearing, which made the whole visit feel relaxed and welcoming. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently, from being seated to getting my food. The location is also spot on — easy to get to and with a really nice atmosphere that adds to the overall vibe. And of course, the pancakes themselves were incredible. Will definitely be coming back.

Went in for breakfast and it was really nice. I enjoyed the pancakes, they were fluffy and the bacon was cooked really well. The blueberries and the syrup were a nice combo. Service was quick and they were really nice. I had the Spanish latte, with condensed milk and it was really nice, would recommend it.

Wir waren zum Frühstück hier. Sehr freundlicher Service und vor allem sehr leckere , kreative Pancakes. Auch der Chai Latte war sehr gut. Sofern ich nochmal in London bin, komme ich gern wieder.

A cute restaurant in an arch. The pancakes were great (had the Canadian and the beef pastrami, as well as the overnight oats. Service was on point and I’d definitely be back. The outdoor area was cute but taken when I was there. Recommend it for breakfast or really anytime you want a pancake.

Firstly, it arrived semi-warm which nade it cool down quickly. At the sane time the taste was atrocious, very bitter and barely drinkable. Would not recommend.

The interior of the establishment looked very lively and comfortable. Unfortunately, we did not get the opportunity to dine inside as there were too many people. In addition, we had to share a small table with complete strangers. Coupled with the very long wait time (45-60 min) the restaurant does not provide the best experience.

WTPA sure know their pancakes. They have a short (in the savoury aisle) but sensible menu. I went there following a recommendation from the missus and ordered the same thing she had done earlier: the Buddha brunch. Loved it.
I wish the kids menu would've been a bit healthier. Having said that, full points to their marshmallow cream and salted caramel sauce ;)

Really tasty pancakes with many different options. Usually quite busy, but we manage to find a spot every time without booking, you might wait a bit.

The staff is lovely! Our waitress even came over to tell me which song was playing, when she saw Shazam wasn't working properly for me 🤩

These people do things with pancakes that I had never thought possible! I had the pancakes with beef brisket and sauerkraut. Game changing.

They make the most amazing light and fluffy pancakes. I had the banoffee one and meant to take a photo but it looked that good I forgot. There was a short wait for the food but we were given a card game to play which we all loved. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place.
