This is our original branch which was opened in 2016. You will find us on the edge of Southwark Quarter, between Borough Market and Tate Modern, just behind the Chocolate Menier Theatre.
We have both indoor & outdoor seating. So you can take your breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner pancakes alfresco and soak up the scenes of the Shard. We’re dog-friendly, baby-friendly and people-friendly – all day, every day.
For larger groups of more than 8, we can host you at our Fitzrovia branch, please get in touch.
We reserve tables for walk-ins for the spontaneous ones. Pop in we’ll do everything we can to find you a seat.

Before opening the doors to our first restaurant in 2016, Flat Iron Square in London Bridge was an empty stretch of brown, derelict land – yet vibrant, promising and beautiful. At the top of a nearby building, the graffitied words “Good as Gold” held a promise. We’ve never looked back and have come to love it more and more over the years.
Designed by Dutch studio Overtreders-W, the railway arch was transformed into a bright, modern, laid-back space where we serve American style pancakes made with the highest quality ingredients; in a great setting with the Shard rising behind it; and by a team of brilliant waiters.

We’re dog-friendly, people-friendly, and baby-friendly – all day, every day.
Though we have limited space for prams across sites, we will try our best to accommodate as many as we can on a first come first serve basis (we can easily store foldable prams at our Fitzrovia location).
Running late?
If life gets in the way and you’re running late, we’ll still hold your table for 10 minutes.
If you’re any later then give us a call or come along anyway and we’ll do everything we can to find you a seat.
