This suits both English style pancakes as well as it’s more fluffy brethren. If you have something to celebrate, treat yourself to a mimosa (half OJ, half Prosecco)
INGREDIENTS:
200g raspberries
Sugar
One unwaxed lemon
METHOD:
Zest an unwaxed lemon and squeeze out the juice. Squash a large handful of raspberries with a fork, sprinkle with sugar and the lemon juice, fold in some of the zest and leave sugar jar and a small plate of zest on the table.
