Your comment about the pancakes being something you could make at home is valuable, however I would like to explain a bit more about our pancakes, they are made with buttermilk batter that is made fresh everyday and left to steep for at least 8 hours, because of the buttermilk they taste is bit sour so it might not be for everyone's palate.
