All pancake dishes on our menu are made from scratch with fresh ingredients and nothing artificial. From our regenerative organic flour to our buttermilk-buckwheat batter everything is curated for your gut health with abundant minerals, vitamins & proteins and cholesterol lowering qualities.

We focus on using the best produce. From the perfectly ripe blueberries, to the crispiest of bacon, to perfectly poached eggs or even homemade marshmallow, we’ve put our own stamp on the humble pancake. Try a healthy snack or a savory meal complete with cocktail; there’s something here for all times of the day.

Our kitchen is a fresh food kitchen. With our hands and taste buds as tools, we create the flavours and textures to make each dish come alive. We believe in honest food and honest pancakes. Our mission is to bring pancakes to life in a brand new way – and no one should miss out. That’s why our pancake menu takes different needs and different diets seriously. Our 3-in-1 batter is dairy-free, without-wheat and vegan and whilst we can’t promise you an entirely allergen-free kitchen, no one will raise an eyebrow if you need to discuss an allergy.
