The month of love: Valentines Day & Pancake Day

Those two giants – although we are of course partial to that second day of love – turn February into something that is far from grey, grisly or grim. On Valentines Weekend, our black forest berries get a hearty & pink make-over. With a glass of bubbles, £16.50.

On February 17th, Pancake Day, we’re open from 7am – 10pm!  If our menu does not give you enough choice, do check out our Shrove seasonal special, Rhubarb & Custard pancakes. Working with the amazing team at Shrub to get the freshest, lowest mileage and most seasonal produce into our kitchens, Kentish rhubarb meets Madagascar vanilla, rocks onto a bed of zesty dried-strawberry meringue before being smouldered by custard and marshmallow cream. That’s before we mention the pistaccio….Btw, it’s a fair day. We serve pancakes on a first come, first serve basis. Everybody gets an equal shot and after five, our brilliant magicians will be distracting you if you have to wait a while.
