We ordered two sweet pancakes, coffee, and mint tea.
The lady named Bithy was excellent in the way she explained how everything works, what alternatives we can have and gave us our ordered the way we wanted it. On top of that she was friendly, very pleasant to customers and very welcoming too. Definitely going back.

Since the place was full and we didn’t have a reservation we were asked to wait outside, but at some point we felt a little bit unseen as we saw that other people without reservations that came later got in faster than we did. Stuff was nice and food was worth the wait. Next time when I come, I will make a reservation to make this experience 10/10

The atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely, and the reception and hospitality were excellent.
The food was delicious, and the team was wonderful and outstanding, especially the employee Katya.

I love the menu, is very creative and the food is delicious! Would recommend! The environement is nicer than it seems as it has a external area at the front and is surrounded by nice restaurants!

The blackforest pancake is DIVINE! The jam is sweet & sour. The whipped cream is a mixture of butter and vanilla, the stuff that gets served by God when you arrive in heaven. Served graciously by God's helper, Bithy. Hallelujah.

The SMOOTHEST, TASTIEST vanilla matcha that’s ever had the chance to bless my tastebuds. I had the caramelised miso pear pancakes with the vegan batter — fluffy, golden, and quite possibly sent down by breakfast angels. I asked my boyfriend how his full English was and he just said ‘mmm good,’ which, translated from Boyfriend Language™, roughly means phenomenal but too busy chewing to elaborate. 10/10 would return

The best pancakes I've had in London. Interesting seasonal offerings that make the menu stand out. Friendly staff who were happy to help as well. Busy location so book ahead if you can!

Really enjoyed our pancakes 🥞 ! My Bloody Mary was a bit average, but I loved the Buddha brunch. Very toddler friendly with even plastic utensils for kids! We will be back next time we are in London.

Absolutely amazing food in a, clearly, very popular place. Service was a pinch on the slow side to order but once we had done the food came out quickly. I’m nit picking really, if you like pancakes and breakfast foods then you’ll love this place.

Mum and I had a lovely time here for breakfast. We decided on the spot to go here as we were in the mood for pancakes somewhere new. We ordered the Royal with smashed avo and the Banoffee pancake. The quality of the pancakes were exquisite and we’ve never had any quite like these. The drinks were also delectable and a great palette cleanser for the meals : Iced Oat Vanilla Matcha and Green ginger juice. Customer service was also excellent. We really enjoyed the calming atmosphere at this location and will definitely be going here again. Thank you for making it a fun time for us. Highly recommend ❤️

Seriously loved this spot. Fast, attentive service. MASSIVE fluffy American-style pancakes with more than enough syrup - great coffee and juice too. Even had really good music too. Highly recommend.

Delightful pancakes! We tried the vegetarian friendly ones. Kids enjoyed the strawberry lime buttermilk smoothie as well.

No wait for the table. Service was quick and efficient. The CFC savoury pancake tasted amazing but we found the strawberry and chocolate pancake tasted bland and could be sweeter. Ordered a side of bacon and was surprised by the big portion!

Came here for brunch and wasn't disappointed! I had the "Royal"
which consists of two pancakes, two poached eggs, hollandaise, tarragon, asparagus and smoked salmon. It was really good! The Amber juice was also very refreshing!
Staff were also helpful and friendly.
Definitely will be coming here again!!!

Visited this venue while on holiday. Let me just say, London is a good time for food! My Yankee kids had to have some traditional pancakes, so we made our way to Where The Pancakes Go. This beautiful soul, Sihab, greeted us. If I could, I would have packed him up and brought him back to GA with me. He was kind, thoughtful, patient. He took his time with us, running the front of the house often alone. He was present and he deserves every good thing coming to him because he is an excellent professional and an even better human!

Breakfast pitstop after Battersea Parkrun and, initially an unlikely place for wife and I normally to stop at, we're so glad we did!

Chilled, subtley lit and a very relaxed, non-pushy vibe, these guys do EXACTLY what it says on the tin. I chose the English Breakfast with beans and fried egg cooked to perfection, and moist and fluffy pancakes you'll find nowhere else! Wife built her own breakfast with fruit, yoghurt and plenty of maple syrup

Special mention to ARTURS for his service. A very quietly-spoken individual that matched to vibe of the place - nothing too much for him!

They excellent at customer service, even getting an email from assistant manager Lidia, thanking us for or custom and review on the payment portal!

Perfect place to eat for your Battersea Power Station shopping trip, and well worth the 20 minute walk from Parkrun.

We had a great time at Where the Pancakes are in Fitzrovia. We got a good table and were served quickly, despite the restaurant being very busy! Our server Diana was brilliant. She gave us some good tips, was very attentive to my 2 children and what they wanted to drink and eat and went the extra mile to make my wife, who's birthday it was feel very special. She made a request with the chef to let me try some alternative pancakes as part of my order too. The pancakes were very well made. The flavour, warmth and texture was spot on. The bacon was quite tough and some bits were very chewy, I would have preferred them to be crispy. We also had the Cornflake chicken with Hollandaise sauce, that was REALLY good. I wish we had an extra pancake with that one. One little niggle I had was that I ordered a breakfast tea which arrives in a nice pot with a very nice black cup, but because the cup is black, it is difficult to see the strength of the tea brew, which is how I usually check if it has brewed enough before pouring a whole cup. We were also gifted some pancake mix at the end to say happy birthday! Overall, a really good experience and look forward to visiting again.

My experience has been amazing! We didn’t have to wait long! We went on a Sunday afternoon! Busy but not too busy! We’ve been served quite quickly! Perfect for a Sunday brunch! Good for tourists and locals x

The pancakes, the juice, the latte … everything is really good. We had booked and had immediately our table, so it went smoothly.

Decent American style pancakes. The pulled beef pastrami was interesting as it had melted cheese on top of the pancakes.

Really tasty and unique pancakes, definitely recommend for breakfast or brunch. Nice relaxed atmosphere with helpful, attentive staff. Service was quick when we were there and we hadn't booked despite it being busy.

Coming from an American who LOVES pancakes, these are genuinely outstanding. And they have proper crispy streaky bacon, real maple syrup.. Nicole, the manager at Fitzrovia is also a gem!

Such a beautiful building! I've been to the London Bridge location too. Pancakes are delicious, absolutely recommend.

We chose to go back to this place for my birthday brunch. It was a no brainier as the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, food is delicious and the service is excellent. When it comes to the dietary requirements nothing was too much. Eddy and the chef made sure they meet those requirements so we can enjoy worry free our meal.

The pancake was nice - fluffy and filling (I had a simple pancake with maple syrup) - and the staff was friendly (especially Eddy, who was very helpful and attentive). I really liked the coffee too.

I love pancakes and when i've been in London I found this amazing restaurant where I could chat in Italian with Eddy that helped me to find the best one for me. Just amazing! Thank you Eddy and see soon again!

Come here every year around pancake day and bring my team - they handled a booking of 20 really well, all the food came out at the same time which is impressive for so many people

The pancakes are thick and fluffy, if I was being picky I'd say the bacon could be crispier and id like the blueberries cooked in my pancake.

The flat white is more like a mini latte, but that's not unusual in London

Delicious pancakes, perfect for breakfast. Not too sweet- you finish the meal full and satisfied, but not feeling sick. I love that there are vegan options. I ordered the vegan Hummingbird pancake. The coconut cream was lovely and the lime sauce was unique. The pomegranate and coconut chips were a nice touch. The texture of the pancake was lovely and light, not heavy at all. The iced vanilla matcha oat latte was lovely too. Very fast service with friendly waiters. Eddie and Nia were great.

I was advised not to eat here if I have celiac b/c the chance of cross contamination was high. We had come for the GF pancakes, but I instead ended up eating a granola bar from my bag while my non-celiac wife ate some. She said her food was good though.
