• Fitzrovia

Fitzrovia Restaurant - interior - corner table
  • London: Camden / Westminster

    7 Charlotte Street, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 1RG

Happy Hour every Wednesday – Saturday from 5-7pm! Every cocktail on our menu is £7. And finally we will soon be opening on Tuesday evenings as well. Watch this space.

Our brand-new restaurant on the illustrious Charlotte Street is a stone-throw away from Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road. But the area is so much more than just about shopping. (Look out for our soon to be printed/available self-guided walking tour of this awesome pocket in central London)

  • The British Museum is nearby at walking distance. It’s always been glorious and has undergone some serious rejuvenation works. Even nearer and much smaller, check out The Cartoon Museum or Pollocks Toy Museum. Both are in Fitzrovia.
  • If you are visiting town, or just need a one-night break from daily routines, The Charlotte Street Hotel, The London Edition Hotel or The Sanderson are iconic places to stay and experience the heart of London in blissful tranquillity.
  • This is not quite a tip, but worth pointing out. The area stretching from Fitzrovia into Bloomsbury is heaving with illustrious universities, libraries and centres of scientific research. It must be, besides the presence of many creative local businesses, the reason why this patch of London is so diverse and brimming with energy and curiosity.

Half of our tables are available for walk-ins. Half are book-able.

If you are not sure whether to plan or to take the spontaneous approach, do email us.

  • Flat Iron Square

Inside restaurant - London Bridge, Bankside - Flat Iron Square -WHERE THE PANCAKES ARE - bright light room

Due to the ongoing closure of Flat Iron Square Food Market, we are only open during the daytime. This is all bound to change in late May when the refurbishments finish and we can open evenings again as well. So, our temporary opening hours are as below:

You find us on the edge of Flat Iron Square, between Borough Market and Tate Modern, just behind the Chocolate Menier Theatre. A few local tips:

  • For the best brunch in London Bridge, start the day with our pancakes.
  • Wander along to the Tate Modern to take in an exhibition. Explore the tastes and sights of Borough Market.
  • Visit Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre. Wander along the River Thames.
  • Don’t miss Omeara, one of the best indie music venues in London.
  • If you’re planning ahead, make a day of it. Inspire yourself with an Indytute self-guided walk and finish off with a delicious meal of savoury pancakes or even a cocktail.

Half of our tables are available for walk-ins. Half are book-able.

Our pancake restaurants

Before opening the doors to our first restaurant in 2016, Flat Iron Square in London Bridge was an empty stretch of brown, derelict land – yet vibrant, promising and beautiful. At the top of a nearby building, the graffitied words “Good as Gold” held a promise. We’ve never looked back and have come to love it more and more over the years.

Designed by Dutch studio Overtreders-W, the railway arch was transformed into a bright, modern, laid-back space where we serve American style pancakes made with the highest quality ingredients; in a great setting with the Shard rising behind it; and by a team of brilliant waiters.
