We started out on Shrove Tuesday 2015 with a pop-up on the Regents Canal in Hackney. We were armed with heaps of belief but our griddles were way too small to feed the many people who came from far and wide. It was a brilliant start and we are immensely proud to have been bringing people together around pancakes ever since.
