Doughlicious is a gourmet cookie dough company founded in 2014 by Kathryn Bricken. After moving to London, Kathryn became famous amongst her friends for baking the best American-style cookies using the finest natural ingredients.
She was often asked to make extra dough so that her friends could bake cookies at home.
In 2014, Kathryn decided to share her secret with the rest of the UK and thus Doughlicious was born.

“Similar to their Borough branch, the staff service was friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent as expected. I had the Banoffee Marshmallow pancakes this time. I think this could be one of its signature pancakes. It's not overly sweet, just right to compliment with the buttermilk pancakes and the bananas to fill you up…”
