Swaledale purveys all our delicious meats from carefully chosen farms and native pig breeds in North Yorkshire.
Since 2010 they have built partnerships with trusted farmers who share their ethos and passion for rare breed animals and environmentally sustainable practices.
They also work with carefully selected small family run abattoirs so we have confidence in the welfare of the animals and full traceability of all their products.

“Similar to their Borough branch, the staff service was friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent as expected. I had the Banoffee Marshmallow pancakes this time. I think this could be one of its signature pancakes. It's not overly sweet, just right to compliment with the buttermilk pancakes and the bananas to fill you up…”
